1. About this notice

This notice covers the Plekko website and app. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@plekko.eu.

2. Data categories

• Account and student-verification information.
• Content, messages and reports submitted by users.
• Organisation application details and supporting evidence.
• Essential security and audit records.

3. Website boundaries

• No analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies on the public website.
• Partner evidence is not published to students.
• Rights or deletion requests can be sent to privacy@plekko.eu.

4. Cookies and local storage

Browsing the public website does not set analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party cookies. We do not use cookies to follow students across sites, build advertising profiles or sell browsing data.

If an organisation representative signs in to the partner application service, Plekko sets only the two first-party cookies needed to secure that requested session. We do not use them for analytics or advertising.

• plekko_partner_id — secure sign-in cookie; HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict; expires after 1 hour.
• plekko_partner_refresh — renews the requested sign-in session; HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict; expires after 30 days and is revoked on sign-out.
• If Plekko ever proposes non-essential cookies, they will remain off until valid consent is given and can be withdrawn.
