We answer data-protection requests within one month, as Article 12(3) GDPR requires, and we act on content reports without undue delay.

Plekko has no legal representative under Article 13, because Arkstasis is established in the Netherlands.

To report a listing or a profile, use the report control in the app. To report a specific message, email dsa@plekko.eu with the username and roughly when it was sent. You can also block another user from within the conversation. How we handle reports, and how to challenge a decision, is set out in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Plekko is not a regulated profession and its activity is not subject to an authorisation scheme. Plekko is not a landlord, letting agent, estate agent, payment service provider or marketplace seller.
