Use the university email and password linked to your Plekko account.
Delete in the app
Open Profile, choose Edit profile, then Delete account. Review the confirmation and confirm only when you are ready.
If you cannot sign in
Reset your password on this page. Privacy support can help with access or rights questions, but will not delete an account without verifying the requester.
What happens
Plekko signs you out and hides your profile. Personal details are removed promptly. The remaining account data is deleted or anonymised by the account-erasure process.
What may remain
Plekko may retain a minimal deletion record or other information when required for legal, security or accountability purposes. It is not kept for advertising.
