Delete your Plekko account
Students manage their account in the Plekko app. If the app is unavailable, request deletion here by email — no website sign-in is needed.
Request deletion without signing in
Sending an email starts a request only. It does not delete your account.
Email privacy support from the university address linked to your account. Never include your password or a sign-in code.
Delete in the app
Open Profile, choose Edit profile, then Delete account. Review the confirmation and confirm only when you are ready.
How ownership is verified
Plekko checks its own account records and sends confirmation to the university email already stored for that account. Deletion starts only after successful confirmation.
If you no longer control the stored address, privacy support pauses deletion and uses a separate manual identity-verification process. Do not send a password or sign-in code.
What happens
Plekko signs you out and hides your profile. Personal details are removed promptly. The remaining account data is deleted or anonymised by the account-erasure process.
What may remain
Plekko may retain a minimal deletion record or other information when required for legal, security or accountability purposes. It is not kept for advertising.
