Partner and representative terms

1. Authority and accuracy

You confirm that you may represent the named organisation and that all submitted information, evidence, availability, prices and restrictions are complete and current. We may verify this with registries, domains, universities or other reliable sources.

2. Review is not endorsement

Submission does not guarantee acceptance, placement or timing. Publication is reviewed and may occur in the next daily cycle. Verification checks stated facts only and is not an endorsement, warranty or partnership unless separately agreed.

3. Student protection

• No misleading claims, hidden charges, fake scarcity or discriminatory targeting.
• Sponsored or commercial placement must remain identifiable.
• Collect only data genuinely needed for the stated purpose.
• Publish eligibility, cancellation, refund, accessibility and safeguarding terms where relevant.

4. Rights and materials

You retain ownership of your materials and grant Plekko a limited, revocable licence to format and show approved content for the service. You confirm you have the necessary rights and will not submit confidential data that is not required.

5. Changes, removal and appeals

Tell us promptly about cancellations, safety concerns and material changes. We may pause or remove content to protect students or meet legal duties. We will provide reasons and a review route where appropriate.

6. Responsibility

You remain responsible for your organisation, offer, event, volunteers, venue, tax, permits, insurance and legal duties. Plekko does not collect your customer payments in phase one. Mandatory rights and non-excludable liability remain unaffected.
